Return and Refund Policy

Most Orange Copy items are custom-made or printed to order. Because of this, returns or refunds are generally not available once production has started, except where an item is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

• Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered or collected.
• Complaints about delivered goods must be reported within 7 days.
• If a problem is confirmed, Orange Copy will assess the appropriate remedy, which may include reprint, correction, or refund.
• Customer-supplied files and materials remain the customer's responsibility, including content accuracy and copyright compliance.
