Shipping Policy

Orange Copy produces many orders on demand. Delivery and collection timing depends on the product ordered, file approval, production planning, and carrier performance where shipping is used.

• Shipping and freight costs are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Quoted delivery times are indicative and do not count as strict deadlines unless confirmed otherwise.
• Production starts after payment confirmation and after we have received usable print files when required.
• Carrier delays, force majeure, or incomplete order information can affect dispatch and delivery timing.
