Everything people usually ask before ordering their business cards. Can’t find yours? Our Amsterdam team is happy to help.

What file format should I upload?

A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, PNG and JPG files at 300 dpi or higher. Add 3 mm of bleed, keep your text and logos 5 mm inside the trim, and convert your fonts to outlines. You can download our template above to get it right first time.

What happens if there’s a problem with my file?

Nothing gets printed until a real person has checked it. If we spot something, like low resolution, missing bleed or text too close to the edge, we’ll email you before printing and help you fix it. No surprise reprints.

Which paper and finish should I choose?

For crisp, punchy colour, go for Classic 350 gsm. For a natural feel that you can still write on, choose Premium uncoated 400 gsm. If you want cards people remember, Luxe triplex 600 gsm is our thickest. Add a matt or soft-touch finish for a premium feel, or spot UV and gold foil for details that catch the light. Still unsure? Message us and we’ll point you to the right one.

How fast can I get my cards?

Standard orders are ready in 3 working days, and Express is ready the next working day. In Amsterdam you can also pick up the same day. Order before 14:00 on a working day for the fastest turnaround. Your exact date shows live in the order box as you choose your options.

Can I order more than 2,500 cards, or different names on each card?

Yes. For larger quantities, custom sizes, or several versions with different names or details, request a quote and our team will put together a tailored price.
